Exception Value for Placements

Our innovative fee structure sets us apart, ensuring affordability and value for our companies and candidates:

15% Total Compensation Package: Our fees for the first year of employment are a mere 15%, a significant 50% lower than standard high-end recruiters. The fee is 15% if done through the site with limited Rosen Report (RR) Jobs employee interaction. If RR employees are actively involved, the fee is 22.5%.

Payment to be made after the candidate is hired. If the candidate does not work out within 90 days, we will replace the candidate at no additional fee.

Referral Program: Participate in our referral program and share fees for successful referrals, creating an additional income source for you.

Custom Dashboard

Easily post permanent positions and summer internships from one place. Search for candidates, filter by location, job type, experience, etc. and review profiles of applicants.

Register to post jobs and summer internships and create your company profile. Use the dashboard to view candidates and applicants. Candidate profiles may include a 500 word bio, resume, contact information, two-minute highlight YouTube video and industries and cities of interest. RR employees will notify you of candidates with a private profile who are currently employed and interested in your job.

Terms and Conditions
By opening the Rosen Report, you (the “User”) agrees on behalf of your employer (“Employer”) that, if your Employer hires or retains (an “Engagement”) anyone who accesses the “Employment and Opportunities” section of the Rosen Report or its website or other social media accounts (including without limitation email, LinkedIn, and Substack) and secures employment or consulting work from Employer that results in annual compensation (including base, bonus, 1099 income, stock options or other forms of equity, phantom stock or contingent payments of any kind), a placement fee shall be payable to Rosen Report, LLC of 15% of such annual compensation, payable within 45 days of hiring the candidate. If RR employees are actively involved, the fee is 22.5%.
