Terms and Conditions By opening the Rosen Report, you (the “User”) agrees on behalf of your employer (“Employer”) that, if your Employer hires or retains (an “Engagement”) anyone who accesses the “Employment and Opportunities” section of the Rosen Report or its website or other social media accounts (including without limitation email, LinkedIn, and Substack) and secures employment or consulting work from Employer that results in annual compensation (including base, bonus, 1099 income, stock options or other forms of equity, phantom stock or contingent payments of any kind), a placement fee shall be payable to Rosen Report, LLC of 15% of such annual compensation, payable within 45 days of hiring the candidate.
