Description

We are seeking an entry level finance professional to join our corporate finance team in a fast paced and growing organization. As a highly trusted and integral part of a critical and growing team responsible for complete and accurate financial statements.  In this this role you will be accountable for the following:

· Support the team in accounts payable processing and vendor management. 

· Maintaining the support and reconciliation schedules for our Capital Strategies program.

· Support cost accounting functions and analysis as directed.

· Support the Finance team in executing the group’s core responsibilities, including closing the monthly books and participation in corporate financial reporting across Dynasty’s multiple entities.

· Add value by creating automation and efficiency across our tools and processes.

· Creation of financial analyses and other ad hoc reporting as needed

Requirements

Successful candidates will have already accomplished the following:

· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Preferred) and/or Finance.

· 0-3 years of experience in an accounting, corporate finance, or similar role, a strong foundational knowledge of accounting is preferred

· Ability to communicate complex topics and recommendations in clear and concise reports

· Strong attention to detail.

· Advanced excel skills including experience with pivot tables and other excel-based data analysis formulas; PowerBI reporting experience a plus

· Must be able to perform in a fast paced, results oriented culture; ability to independently manage work from start to finish without significant support. 

· Orientation to technology with ability to learn quickly and work with vendors and various platforms used in the RIA space

· Be highly trusted with confidential information.

· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
